We have a huge story for you all. Let’s start from the beginning…For as long as money has existed, people have tried to exploit the system. That much is clear. Underground counterfeiting activity has exploded in recent years, with criminal enterprises creating sophisticated operations in order to defraud governments and literally make a quick buck. Who else has spent way too much time trying to even figure out how bitcoin works? Well you’re not alone. After all of this, attitudes towards various forms of underground counterfeiting started to heat up. Back in 2016, the US authorities and specifically the Secret Service were fed up. But they had a plan. To squash counterfeiting at its roots, they attacked the Peruvian source, which resulted in a huge amount of arrests. They ended up arresting 48 people, seizing $30 million, and making a statement to the criminal world — all before the sun came up.
